ARAMHub
ARAMHub is a brand, platform, and business initiative operated by ARAMHUB LLC (“ARAMHub,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Virginia limited liability company and a separate legal entity that is wholly owned by ARAMWAY GROUP LLC (the “Parent”). Every agreement, payment, transaction, service, membership, program, event, communication, and legal obligation described in this document is between you and ARAMHUB LLC. ARAMWAY GROUP LLC is not a party to this agreement and assumes no obligations to you under it; however, the protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, releases, and indemnities in this document extend to ARAMHUB LLC, ARAMWAY GROUP LLC, and their respective affiliates.
Agreement and Acceptance
These Website Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and ARAMHUB LLC, governing your access to and use of the website at (the “Site”) and all services offered through it, including memberships, events, workshops, training programs, accelerator programs, consultations, digital products, competitions, networking features, community features, AI-powered tools, and any other features (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site, creating an account, making a purchase, or clicking “I Agree,” you accept these Terms and the incorporated ARAMHub policies: the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment Policy, Membership Terms, Refund Policy, Event Terms, Intellectual Property Policy, Community Guidelines, Accessibility Statement, AI Usage Policy, and, where applicable, the Partner & Sponsor Terms (collectively, the “Policies”). If a Policy conflicts with these Terms on its specific subject matter, the Policy controls. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to form a binding contract. The Services are not directed to children under thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information (COPPA). You may not use the Services if prohibited by law, including U.S. sanctions and export control laws.
Accounts
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, keep it updated, keep your credentials confidential, not share your account, and notify us promptly at info@aramhub.com of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts as described in Section 17.
Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Services lawfully and professionally. You must not:
- Violate any federal, state, or local law, including securities laws, consumer protection laws, anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA), and export controls;
- Misrepresent your identity, credentials, company, metrics, or accreditation status, or impersonate any person or entity;
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, harassing, or discriminatory;
- Scrape, harvest, or use automated means (including bots or AI training pipelines) to collect Site data or content without written consent;
- Interfere with the Services' security, integrity, or performance, or introduce malicious code;
- Use member or attendee contact information for unsolicited commercial outreach;
- Use the Services for pyramid schemes, unlawful solicitation of securities, money laundering, or other prohibited commerce; or
- Reverse engineer or copy the Site or its software except as permitted by law.

User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, posts, business ideas, startup applications, proposals, uploaded documents, reviews, and messages) (“User Content”). You grant ARAMHUB LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for technical formatting, and distribute User Content solely to operate, provide, promote, and improve the Services and to comply with law; for content you make public, this includes display to other users and the public. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content shared with others, reasonable backups, and retention required by law. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights. We may remove any User Content at our discretion. Except under a separately signed written NDA, we assume no confidentiality obligation for ideas, submissions, or proposals, and you share materials with other users at your own risk; protect your trade secrets and pursue formal IP protection where appropriate. Feedback about the Services may be used by the Company perpetually without compensation.
Intellectual Property; Copyright; Trademarks
The Site, Services, and all Company content, software, curricula, videos, photos, downloads, event materials, marketing materials, and AI tool interfaces are the exclusive property of ARAMHUB LLC, its parent ARAMWAY GROUP LLC, or their licensors, protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws, as further described in the Intellectual Property Policy (incorporated here). The ARAMHUB and ARAMWAY GROUP names and logos are trademarks of ARAMWAY GROUP LLC, licensed to ARAMHUB LLC; no use is permitted without prior written consent. You receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business and educational purposes. Copyright infringement notices are handled under our DMCA procedure in the Intellectual Property Policy; our Designated Agent's contact information appears there.
AI-Generated Content and AI Tools
The Services include AI-powered tools whose use is governed by the AI Usage Policy (incorporated here). In summary: AI outputs are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, are provided “as is” for informational purposes only, do not constitute professional advice, and require your independent human review before use. As between you and the Company, and subject to the underlying AI providers' terms, the Company claims no ownership of AI outputs generated from your inputs, and you are responsible for your use of them and for the rights in the inputs you submit.

Networking features are provided as a neutral venue; the Company does not screen, endorse, or guarantee any user, investor, mentor, or partner, and your interactions and any resulting agreements are solely between you and the other party. Where the Site enables marketplace-style activities (such as booking consultations with third-party experts or purchasing partner offerings), the third-party provider is the seller of record for its offerings unless we state otherwise at checkout, and the Company is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, transactions between users and third-party providers.
Memberships, Purchases, Payments, Subscriptions, Renewals, Cancellations, and Refunds
Memberships are governed by the Membership Terms; payments, billing, taxes, automatic renewal, and failed payments by the Payment Policy; and cancellations and refunds by the Refund Policy (each incorporated here). Key points: prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of taxes unless stated; subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, with ROSCA-compliant disclosure, consent, reminders, and easy cancellation; and refunds are available only as stated in the Refund Policy, at the point of sale, or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) ARAMHUB LLC, ITS PARENT COMPANY ARAMWAY GROUP LLC, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS (THE “COMPANY PARTIES”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITIES, OR DATA; (B) THE COMPANY PARTIES' AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100); AND (C) THE COMPANY PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF, OR TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN, USERS, INVESTORS, MENTORS, OR PARTNERS.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing deprives consumers of non-waivable statutory rights. These allocations of risk are a material basis of the bargain.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company Parties from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use or misuse of the Services; your User Content; your violation of these Terms or applicable law (including securities laws); your interactions or transactions with other users or partners; and your participation in any event, program, or competition. We may assume the defense of any indemnified matter at your expense. This Section survives termination.
Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, utility or internet failures, labor disputes, war, terrorism, or civil unrest. Remedies for affected paid offerings are as stated in the Refund Policy.
Governing Law; Arbitration; Venue; Class Action Waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflicts of law; the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement. Before filing any claim, the parties will attempt informal resolution for sixty (60) days following written notice (to the Company: ARAMHUB LLC, Attn: Legal, 1775 Tysons Blvd, FL 5, McLean, Virginia 22102 / info@aramhub.com). Except for small-claims cases and injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or Service security, all disputes will be resolved by final, binding, individual arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer or Commercial Arbitration Rules, as applicable, seated in Fairfax County, Virginia (with consumer hearings by videoconference or in the consumer's home county per AAA rules). TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTH PARTIES WAIVE JURY TRIAL AND ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING; ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY. You may opt out of arbitration and the class waiver by written notice to info@aramhub.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. For matters properly in court, exclusive venue lies in the state courts of Fairfax County, Virginia, or the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the parties consent to jurisdiction there. Nothing in this Section deprives you of non-waivable rights under the mandatory law of your state of residence.
Term, Suspension, and Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the Policies, legal risk, fraud, non-payment, or as required by law, with notice and an opportunity to cure where practicable for non-serious breaches. Sections 5 (surviving licenses), 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, 16, and accrued payment obligations survive termination. Refund treatment upon termination is governed by the Refund Policy.
Electronic Signatures, Communications, and Digital Acceptance
Consistent with the federal E-SIGN Act and the Virginia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, you agree that electronic acceptance (clicking “I Agree,” checking a box, or completing a purchase) constitutes your binding signature, and that agreements, notices, and disclosures delivered electronically satisfy any writing requirement. You consent to receive Service communications by email and, where you opt in, by text message (reply STOP to opt out; message and data rates may apply). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time; transactional and legal notices may still be sent electronically.
Modification of Terms
We may revise these Terms and the Policies. Material changes will be announced by email or prominent Site notice at least fifteen (15) days before taking effect (immediately for changes required by law or for new features) and will not retroactively alter completed purchases. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Entire Agreement; Severability; Miscellaneous
These Terms, the incorporated Policies, and any signed written agreements with the Company are the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum permissible extent and the remainder stays in effect. No waiver is effective unless in writing. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship is created. Headings are for convenience; “including” means “including without limitation.” No third-party beneficiaries exist except the Company Parties as to protective provisions.
