ARAMHub is a brand, platform, and business initiative operated by ARAMHUB LLC (“ARAMHub,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Virginia limited liability company and a separate legal entity that is wholly owned by ARAMWAY GROUP LLC (the “Parent”). Every agreement, payment, transaction, service, membership, program, event, communication, and legal obligation described in this document is between you and ARAMHUB LLC. ARAMWAY GROUP LLC is not a party to this agreement and assumes no obligations to you under it; however, the protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, releases, and indemnities in this document extend to ARAMHUB LLC, ARAMWAY GROUP LLC, and their respective affiliates.
1. Ownership Statement
All intellectual property associated with the ARAMHub platform belongs exclusively to ARAMHUB LLC or its parent company, ARAMWAY GROUP LLC, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, and no rights pass to users except the limited license in Section 4. Ownership is allocated as follows: (a) the ARAMHUB and ARAMWAY GROUP brands, names, logos, and trade dress are owned by ARAMWAY GROUP LLC and exclusively licensed to ARAMHUB LLC for the operation of the platform, and all goodwill arising from use of the ARAMHUB brand inures solely to ARAMWAY GROUP LLC; and (b) the website, its design, source code, and databases; all Company-created content, text, graphics, videos, photos, and audio; educational materials, curricula, templates, workbooks, and downloads; software and platform tools; documents, reports, and research; event materials, stage designs, and signage; and marketing materials are owned by ARAMHUB LLC.
2. Trademarks
ARAMHUB, ARAMWAY GROUP, and associated logos are trademarks and service marks of ARAMWAY GROUP LLC, used by ARAMHUB LLC under exclusive license, and protected under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.), Virginia trademark and unfair competition law, and common law. No person may use the marks, including in domain names, social media handles, hashtags-as-source-identifiers, advertising, metadata, or company, product, or event names, without prior written consent. Nominative fair use (truthful reference to ARAMHub) must not suggest sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
3. Copyright
Company content is protected by U.S. and international copyright law from the moment of creation. Except for the limited license below, no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, distributed, sold, licensed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission. Works created for the Company by employees within the scope of employment are works made for hire; independent contractors and speakers creating materials for the Company should sign written assignments or licenses to the Company
4. Limited License to Users
Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view Site content and to use program materials and downloads solely for their own internal business and educational purposes during the applicable access period. Program materials may not be shared, resold, recorded, redistributed, or used to create competing offerings. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ARAMHUB LLC and ARAMWAY GROUP LLC, as applicable.
5. User Content and Submissions
Users retain ownership of their own submissions, subject to the license granted to the Company in the Website Terms & Conditions (hosting, display, and operation of the Services). Submission of ideas, proposals, or applications creates no confidentiality obligation absent a signed NDA and no obligation to compensate, use, or return materials. Users must not submit content that infringes third-party rights.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by the Company using AI tools and incorporated into Company materials is treated as Company content to the maximum extent protectable, and the compilation, selection, arrangement, and human-authored elements are protected by copyright regardless of the copyrightability of raw AI output under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance. AI outputs generated by users through platform AI features are addressed in the AI Usage Policy; the Company claims no ownership of user-generated AI outputs, subject to the underlying AI providers' terms.
7. DMCA | Copyright Infringement Notices
We respond to copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and will terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Send notices to our Designated Agent: ARAMHUB LLC, Attn: DMCA Agent, 1775 Tysons Blvd, FL 5, McLean, Virginia 22102; Email: info@aramhub.com; Phone: +1 (202) 860-8888. A valid notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith-belief statement; and a statement under penalty of perjury of accuracy and authority. Counter-notifications under § 512(g) must include your signature, identification of the removed material and prior location, a penalty-of-perjury statement of mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to federal court jurisdiction and service; material may be restored in 10–14 business days absent notice of a filed court action. Knowing material misrepresentations create liability under § 512(f).
8. Enforcement
ARAMHUB LLC and its parent ARAMWAY GROUP LLC actively protect their intellectual property and may pursue all available remedies for infringement or misappropriation, including injunctive relief, damages, statutory damages, and attorneys' fees where available under the Copyright Act, Lanham Act, Defend Trade Secrets Act, and Virginia law.
