ARAMHub is a brand, platform, and business initiative operated by ARAMHUB LLC (“ARAMHub,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Virginia limited liability company and a separate legal entity that is wholly owned by ARAMWAY GROUP LLC (the “Parent”). Every agreement, payment, transaction, service, membership, program, event, communication, and legal obligation described in this document is between you and ARAMHUB LLC. ARAMWAY GROUP LLC is not a party to this agreement and assumes no obligations to you under it; however, the protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, releases, and indemnities in this document extend to ARAMHUB LLC, ARAMWAY GROUP LLC, and their respective affiliates.
1. Purpose and Scope
These Community Guidelines govern conduct in all interactive areas of ARAMHub operated by ARAMHUB LLC, discussions, forums, messaging and chat, networking features, startup and idea submissions, comments, and reviews, and supplement the Website Terms & Conditions. They exist to keep ARAMHub professional, safe, and valuable for entrepreneurs, investors, academics, and partners.
2. Professional Conduct
- Engage respectfully and in good faith; debate ideas, not people;
- Represent yourself, your company, credentials, metrics, and affiliations truthfully; do not inflate traction or claim accreditations you do not hold;
- Disclose material conflicts of interest when advising, reviewing, or mentoring; and
- Honor commitments, scheduled meetings, mentorship sessions, and review obligations.
3. Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination
Harassment and discrimination are prohibited, including: offensive or degrading comments related to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any characteristic protected by federal or Virginia law; threats, intimidation, or stalking; sexual harassment; doxxing or publishing others' private information; and unwanted repeated contact after being asked to stop. One report can trigger review; serious violations may result in immediate removal.
4. Spam and Commercial Misuse
- No mass unsolicited messages, chain content, or repetitive promotion; keep outreach targeted, relevant, and professional;
- No harvesting or exporting member contact information for external marketing;
- No pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing recruitment, or deceptive commercial schemes;
- No general solicitation of securities except in compliance with applicable securities laws and any program-specific rules; and
- No posting of malware, phishing links, or deceptive content.
5. Content Standards for Submissions, Comments, and Reviews
- Submit only content you have the right to share; respect third-party IP and confidentiality obligations;
- Startup and idea submissions are shared at your own risk; the Company assumes no confidentiality obligation absent a signed NDA, protect your trade secrets before posting;
- Reviews must reflect genuine experience; fake, incentivized-but-undisclosed, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited, consistent with FTC endorsement guidance; and
- No unlawful, obscene, or graphic content.
6. Reporting, Moderation, and Enforcement
Report violations via in-platform tools or info@aramhub.com. The Company may remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and exclude individuals from events, scaled to the severity and frequency of the violation. Where practicable, we provide notice and an opportunity to respond before permanent termination, except for serious misconduct, fraud, or legal risk. Moderation decisions are made at the Company's reasonable discretion; you may request reconsideration at info@aramhub.com. Users remain the content providers of their own submissions, consistent with 47 U.S.C. § 230.
