ARAMHub is a brand, platform, and business initiative operated by ARAMHUB LLC (“ARAMHub,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Virginia limited liability company and a separate legal entity that is wholly owned by ARAMWAY GROUP LLC (the “Parent”). Every agreement, payment, transaction, service, membership, program, event, communication, and legal obligation described in this document is between you and ARAMHUB LLC. ARAMWAY GROUP LLC is not a party to this agreement and assumes no obligations to you under it; however, the protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, releases, and indemnities in this document extend to ARAMHUB LLC, ARAMWAY GROUP LLC, and their respective affiliates.
Scope
These Membership Terms govern all ARAMHub memberships offered by ARAMHUB LLC. They supplement the Website Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, Refund Policy, and Community Guidelines. The benefits, pricing, and availability stated on the Site's membership page at the time of purchase control over the summaries below.
Membership Tiers and Benefits
2.1 Community (Free)
- Access to the online community platform and public directory listing; newsletters and ecosystem announcements; standard-rate event registration.
2.2 Professional ([INSERT PRICE]/month or /year)
- All Community benefits; member pricing on programs and events as published (typically [10–20]% off); member-only networking sessions, office hours, and the mentorship directory; priority registration windows; [N] guest passes per year.
2.3 Startup / Team ([INSERT PRICE], up to [X] seats)
- All Professional benefits per registered seat; startup directory profile; eligibility to apply for pitch sessions, demo days, and investor-networking programs; [optional workspace or meeting-room credits — INSERT].
2.4 Corporate / Investor Circle ([INSERT PRICE]/year)
- All Startup/Team benefits; curated investor, partner, and university-partnership briefings; sponsorship and brand-visibility opportunities as separately agreed in writing; designated account contact.
Partner benefits (discounts or services from third-party partners) are provided by the partners, subject to the partners' own terms and availability, and may change or end without liability of the Company; we will use reasonable efforts to keep the published partner-benefit list current.
Eligibility
Memberships are available to individuals eighteen (18) or older and to entities in good standing; entity memberships must designate authorized users and keep seat rosters current. The Company may verify eligibility (e.g., startup status) and may reclassify or cancel memberships obtained through misrepresentation, with fees handled under the Refund Policy.
Duration, Renewal, and Automatic Renewal
Each paid membership begins upon successful payment and runs for the selected billing period (monthly or annual), renewing automatically until canceled. Automatic renewal is subject to the disclosures, affirmative consent, confirmation, reminder notices, price-increase notices, and easy-cancellation requirements of the Payment Policy Section 4, which complies with ROSCA and applicable state automatic-renewal laws.
Cancellation by Member
You may cancel at any time via account settings or by emailing info@aramhub.com from your account address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; benefits continue until then. Refunds, if any, are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy.
Suspension and Termination by the Company
The Company may suspend or terminate a membership: (a) for cause, including material breach of the Website Terms, these Membership Terms, the Community Guidelines, or the Event Terms; fraud or misrepresentation; non-payment; harassment or endangerment of members, staff, or attendees; or unlawful conduct — with notice and an opportunity to cure where practicable for non-serious breaches, and without refund of fees for the affected period; or (b) without cause, in which case the member receives a prorated refund of prepaid fees for the unused portion of the billing period as the exclusive remedy.
Transfer Restrictions
Memberships, benefits, discounts, guest passes, and credentials are personal to the member (or its registered seats) and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or assigned. Entity memberships may reassign seats among their own personnel by written notice. Sharing login credentials or extending member benefits to non-members is a material breach.
Member Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate account, profile, and billing information;
- Use member benefits, content, and directories only for legitimate personal or internal business purposes, not for mass outreach, resale, or data harvesting;
- Comply with the Community Guidelines in all interactive spaces and the Event Terms at all events;
- Respect the confidentiality choices of other members and obtain consent before recording or sharing private communications; and
- Promptly report misuse, security issues, or harassment to .
Access Rights and Changes to Benefits
Member-only content is licensed for the member's personal use during the active membership term and may not be downloaded for redistribution, shared, or republished. The Company may add, modify, retire, or substitute specific benefits within a tier; if a change during a paid period materially reduces the tier's overall value, affected members will be notified and may cancel for a prorated refund of the remainder of the period, as the exclusive remedy.
Event Discounts
Member event pricing requires an active qualifying membership at both purchase and event date; if membership lapses in between, the Company may charge the price difference or cancel the registration with a refund of amounts paid.
