ARAMHub is a brand, platform, and business initiative operated by ARAMHUB LLC (“ARAMHub,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Virginia limited liability company and a separate legal entity that is wholly owned by ARAMWAY GROUP LLC (the “Parent”). Every agreement, payment, transaction, service, membership, program, event, communication, and legal obligation described in this document is between you and ARAMHUB LLC. ARAMWAY GROUP LLC is not a party to this agreement and assumes no obligations to you under it; however, the protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, releases, and indemnities in this document extend to ARAMHUB LLC, ARAMWAY GROUP LLC, and their respective affiliates.
1. Our Commitment
ARAMHUB LLC is committed to making the ARAMHub website, digital services, and events usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe access to entrepreneurship education, networking, and innovation resources should be broadly available, and we approach accessibility as an ongoing effort guided by the principles of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
2. Measures We Take
- Design and development practices that aim to follow WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria, including text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigability, visible focus indicators, descriptive headings and labels, and support for screen readers;
- Captioning or transcripts for Company-produced video content where reasonably feasible, and accessible formats for key program materials on request;
- Periodic accessibility reviews of the Site, including [automated testing / third-party audits, INSERT ACTUAL PRACTICE], and remediation of identified issues as part of our development cycle;
- Accessibility considerations in event planning, including venue selection and an accommodations request process; and
- Training for relevant staff on accessible content practices.

Our accessibility efforts are ongoing, and portions of the Site or third-party content, tools, and platforms we link to or embed (including payment processors, video platforms, and partner sites) may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. This Statement describes our goals and practices; it is not a representation, warranty, or guarantee of conformance with any technical standard or of compliance with any law, and conformance has not been independently certified unless expressly stated.
