ARAMHub is a brand, platform, and business initiative operated by ARAMHUB LLC (“ARAMHub,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Virginia limited liability company and a separate legal entity that is wholly owned by ARAMWAY GROUP LLC (the “Parent”). Every agreement, payment, transaction, service, membership, program, event, communication, and legal obligation described in this document is between you and ARAMHUB LLC. ARAMWAY GROUP LLC is not a party to this agreement and assumes no obligations to you under it; however, the protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, releases, and indemnities in this document extend to ARAMHUB LLC, ARAMWAY GROUP LLC, and their respective affiliates.
1. Scope
These Event Terms govern registration for and participation in all events organized, hosted, or co-hosted by ARAMHUB LLC, conferences, networking events, business forums, innovation competitions, workshops, trainings, exhibitions, and investor meetings, whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid. By registering or attending, you agree to these Event Terms, the Website Terms & Conditions, and the Community Guidelines. Event-specific terms disclosed at registration control over these general terms.
2. Registration, Admission, and Tickets
Registration is subject to capacity and any stated eligibility requirements. Tickets and badges are personal, non-transferable except as allowed by the Refund Policy, and may not be resold. We may verify identity at check-in and refuse admission to, or remove, anyone who violates these Event Terms, venue rules, or law, without refund where removal results from the attendee's misconduct. Attendees under eighteen (18) are admitted only where the event page expressly permits, accompanied by a registered parent or guardian who accepts these terms on the minor's behalf.
3. Code of Conduct
- Treat all participants, speakers, staff, and venue personnel with respect and professionalism; harassment and discrimination of any kind are prohibited (see the Community Guidelines standards, which apply at events);
- No unwelcome photography or recording of individuals, sustained disruption of sessions, or unwelcome physical contact or attention;
- Comply with venue safety and security instructions and any posted health requirements;
- No unauthorized solicitation, exhibiting, or distribution of marketing materials; and
- Report concerns immediately to event staff or info@aramhub.com.
Violations may result in warning, removal without refund, exclusion from future events, account termination, and referral to law enforcement.
4. Photography, Video, and Media Release
Events may be photographed, filmed, recorded, and live-streamed by or for the Company. By attending, you grant ARAMHUB LLC and its parent ARAMWAY GROUP LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use your name, image, likeness, voice, and statements captured at the event in recordings, photographs, promotional, educational, and archival materials, in any media now known or later developed, without compensation, review, or approval. If you prefer not to appear, notify staff at check-in; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, though incidental capture in crowd footage may occur. Speakers and presenters grant the Company a license to record, reproduce, and distribute their sessions and materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Recording Restrictions for Attendees
Attendees may not record, photograph, stream, or transmit event sessions, presentations, or exhibitor materials for commercial use or public distribution without the Company's prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial photography is permitted unless a session is designated recording-free. Press credentials and media access are granted separately and subject to additional conditions.
6. Health and Safety
Attendees must comply with all venue safety rules, emergency instructions, and health requirements applicable to the event (which may include screening or vaccination or masking requirements where mandated by the venue or law, disclosed before the event). Do not attend in-person events while knowingly infectious with a communicable illness. The Company may implement reasonable health and safety measures and may deny entry for non-compliance, with refunds handled per the Refund Policy where the denial is not due to attendee misconduct.
7. Assumption of Risk; Waiver and Release (In-Person Events)
ATTENDANCE AT IN-PERSON EVENTS INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS, INCLUDING INJURY, ILLNESS (INCLUDING COMMUNICABLE DISEASE), AND LOSS OR THEFT OF PROPERTY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND RELEASE ARAMHUB LLC, ITS PARENT ARAMWAY GROUP LLC, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SPONSORS, AND VENUE PROVIDERS FROM LIABILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY ARISING FROM ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT. THIS RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY.
8. Event Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Speaker Substitutions
The Company may cancel, reschedule, relocate, or convert an event to a virtual format, including for force majeure; remedies (full refund for cancellation; automatic transfer with a refund option for rescheduling or format change) are as stated in the Refund Policy and are exclusive. The Company may substitute speakers, panelists, judges, or session content of comparable quality without liability; announced lineups are subject to change. The Company will not reimburse travel, lodging, or other attendee costs in any circumstance.
9. Innovation Competitions and Investor Meetings
Competitions and challenges are governed by official rules published for each competition (eligibility, judging criteria, prizes, IP treatment of entries, and tax responsibility for winners), which control over these Event Terms. Pitch sessions, demo days, and investor meetings are networking venues only: the Company does not evaluate, endorse, or verify any presentation or participant; nothing at any event constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation of securities; presenters are responsible for their own securities-law compliance; and information presented publicly is not confidential, do not disclose trade secrets you wish to protect.
10. Exhibitors and Sponsors
Exhibitor and sponsor participation is governed by the Partner & Sponsor Terms and any signed sponsorship agreement, which control over these Event Terms for those parties.
11. Accessibility
Submit accommodation requests to info@aramhub.com at least 10 business days before the event; we will make reasonable arrangements consistent with our Accessibility Statement.
