ARAMHub is a brand, platform, and business initiative operated by ARAMHUB LLC (“ARAMHub,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Virginia limited liability company and a separate legal entity that is wholly owned by ARAMWAY GROUP LLC (the “Parent”). Every agreement, payment, transaction, service, membership, program, event, communication, and legal obligation described in this document is between you and ARAMHUB LLC. ARAMWAY GROUP LLC is not a party to this agreement and assumes no obligations to you under it; however, the protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, releases, and indemnities in this document extend to ARAMHUB LLC, ARAMWAY GROUP LLC, and their respective affiliates.
1. Scope
This AI Usage Policy governs AI-powered tools and features integrated into the ARAMHub platform by ARAMHUB LLC, such as chat assistants, matching and recommendation engines, drafting and summarization tools, and application-support features (“AI Tools”), and the content they generate (“AI Output”). It supplements the Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of AI Output; Accuracy Disclaimer
AI Output is generated automatically by machine-learning models. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or contextually inappropriate, and it may occasionally state incorrect information confidently. AI OUTPUT IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL AND PRODUCTIVITY PURPOSES ONLY, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE, AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL, FINANCIAL, TAX, ACCOUNTING, INVESTMENT, MEDICAL, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
3. Human Review Required; User Responsibility
- You must review, verify, and exercise independent human judgment on all AI Output before relying on it or using it in business decisions, applications, pitch materials, or communications;
- You are solely responsible for your use of AI Output, including its accuracy, legality, and suitability, and for any consequences of that use;
- Matching and recommendation outputs (e.g., suggested investors, mentors, or programs) are informational starting points, not endorsements, evaluations, or advice; and
- Consult qualified professionals before acting on AI Output in legal, financial, or investment matters.
4. Acceptable Use of AI Tools
- Do not use AI Tools to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, discriminatory, or harassing content, or to violate the Website Terms or Community Guidelines;
- Do not attempt to extract model weights or training data, probe or circumvent safety measures, or use AI Tools to build competing services;
- Do not submit content you lack rights to submit; and
- Do not rely on AI Tools for emergency, safety-critical, or time-critical decisions.
5. Data Submitted to AI Tools; Privacy
Prompts, documents, and other inputs you submit to AI Tools are processed to provide the feature, may be handled by third-party AI infrastructure providers under contracts restricting their use, and are otherwise treated as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive personal data (such as government identifiers, health, or financial account information), third parties' personal data without authority, or trade secrets and confidential information you are not prepared to share with a processing system.
6. Intellectual Property in AI Output
As between you and the Company, and subject to the underlying AI providers' terms, the Company claims no ownership of AI Output generated from your inputs, and you may use it subject to this Policy and applicable law. You acknowledge that: AI Output may not be protectable by copyright under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance regarding non-human authorship; similar or identical output may be generated for other users; and AI Output may inadvertently resemble third-party material; you are responsible for clearance before commercial use.
7. Limitations and No Liability for AI Reliance
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUT, AND THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN THE WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLIES TO ALL AI TOOLS AND AI OUTPUT.
